We wanted to update you with the latest on our uphill battle with Covid-19.
The Singapore government has just imposed a circuit breaker to pre-empt the escalating coronavirus infection, and to impose more measures to flatten the curve. This will start on Apr 7th and end on May 4th.
Our office in Singapore has now closed and the entire team has already started working from home at the beginning of this week. We will do our part for this circuit breaker and hope that we are all able to get through these extraordinary times. We encourage you to do the same and hope that you keep well despite the uncertainties.
As our products are stored with a third party warehouse we are able to stay operational, as they have been identified as an essential business sector. The warehouse team that we’re working with have implemented safe distance measures, with daily checks for everyone that comes to work. The team has been provided with protective masks and gloves to be used during daily operations and the last mile delivery partners have also implemented contactless delivery options, should that be your preference.
We are able to continue shipping out your orders and hopefully deliver some normalcy during this time. The delivery time may be slightly delayed depending on the local delivery network in your region. We hope that you lend your patience to the logistic teams, no matter where they are, as they play an important role in supplying us with our daily essentials and keeping goods flow through our communities.
Gift card purchases would have to be digital as physical gift cards would be difficult to create since our office is closed.
Due to the closure of our office, we are not able to receive return parcels for the next month. Unfortunately, this means that all returns and exchanges are on hold. We will be extending the return and exchange period of all the orders purchased between March 4th – May 4th for an extra month, so that you would have ample time to consider and make any changes to your order, should it be required. Please let us know if you intend to make a return or exchange by dropping us an email at email@example.com and we can discuss in more detail what we can do in the meantime.
These are unprecedented times and not how we hoped the turn of the decade would look like. Nevertheless, we believe that it is during these times that we can put down our differences and come together as a community to support one another. We want to thank you from the bottom of our heart, for your support, your kind words, and overflowing messages that we’ve received. Take some time and share that sentiment with the people around you. Whether it is with your loved ones or with healthcare workers, store assistants, and those keeping society going by showing up to work every day.
Look after each other and stay safe.
